Privacy policy

Last updated October 31, 2026 · Gabuldev LTDA · CNPJ 47.766.770/0001-03

This policy explains what personal data Gabuldev collects through this website and through the conversations that start here, what we do with it, and what you can ask of us. It covers Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or send the contact form, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address or phone number, company, and a description of your project, timeline and budget.

When you browse. This site does not use cookies, advertising tags or analytics tools. Our hosting provider processes technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse.

We don't buy contact lists and we don't collect data from third parties about you.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you and to understand your project
  • To prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to manage the contract
  • To follow up on a conversation you started

Under the LGPD, the legal bases are the steps before a contract taken at your request (art. 7, V) and our legitimate interest in following up on a conversation you started (art. 7, IX). Under the GDPR, the equivalents are art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).

We don't use your data for marketing lists, we don't sell it, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

Who else handles it

We use a few providers to run the site and to talk to you. They process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms:

  • Amazon Web Services, which hosts this site
  • Google Workspace, for email
  • WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there
  • The service that delivers the contact form to our inbox, when the form is in use

Some of these providers process data outside Brazil. When that happens, it relies on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation data while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, so we can pick up where we left off. If we sign a contract, we keep what the contract and the law require for as long as they require it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • confirm whether we hold data about you, and access it
  • correct incomplete or outdated data
  • delete data, or anonymize it
  • receive your data in a portable format
  • know who we have shared it with
  • object to a use of your data, or withdraw consent where consent was the basis

Write to hello@gabul.dev. We'll reply within 15 days. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or, in the EU, to the supervisory authority in your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
