It works in the demo. We make it work in the store.
AI tools made it fast to get an app to 80%. The last 20% is where it breaks: store review, payments, background work, state that grew without a plan. That last part is what we've done for years.
Start with the auditYou probably need this if
- Apple or Google rejected the build, and the fix isn't obvious
- Crashes show up in production that you can't reproduce
- Every new feature breaks two old ones
- Upgrading Flutter or a package means a week of red builds
- The person who wrote it left, or it was mostly written by an AI tool
- Subscriptions, push or offline sync work for some users and not others
How it works
- 01
Audit
1–2 weeks · fixed price
Read access to the repository and the store consoles. We build it, run it, read it and look at what users are actually hitting.
- 02
Report and call
written, prioritized
What is broken, why, what it costs to fix and what is fine to leave alone. Then a call to go through it with whoever owns the app.
- 03
Fix
our team or yours
We quote the fixes separately. Hand them to us, to your team, or to one of our engineers working inside your team.
What we look at
- Architecture and state management
- Performance, memory and startup time
- App Store and Google Play compliance
- In-app purchases and subscriptions
- Push, deep links, camera and background work
- Dependencies, SDK versions and upgrade path
- Tests, CI and release process
- Secrets, auth and data handling
Problems like these, in apps people use
Two of our case studies are exactly this kind of work: a camera lifecycle that kept failing on a kiosk, and a progress report that showed 8% to a student who had finished the course.
Questions
- Our app was written mostly with AI. Is that a problem?
- No. We judge code by whether it ships and holds up, not by how it was written. AI-written apps tend to fail in predictable places, which makes them faster to audit.
- Do we have to hire you for the fixes?
- No. The report is yours. Plenty of teams take it and fix things themselves.
- What do you need from us?
- Read access to the repository, read access to the store consoles and crash reporting, and an hour with whoever knows the app best.
- Is it only for Flutter?
- The audit is for Flutter apps, including their native iOS and Android parts. If you're deciding whether to move to Flutter, that's a different conversation, and we're happy to have it.

You'll speak to an engineer, not a salesperson — and you'll get a straight answer about whether we're the right team for it.
